It Started With a Simple Question: "Wouldn't it be great if...?"

It was a Tuesday night in Gurugram. Seven of us, deep in the throes of a demanding project at Masters' Union, were running on caffeine and ambition. The conversation drifted from business models to life's little frictions.

"I wish I could find someone reliable to assemble this IKEA desk tonight." "I completely forgot to get a gift for my friend's anniversary tomorrow." "Finding a trainer who specializes in puppy anxiety is impossible."

We realized we were all describing the same thing: First-World Problems. Those specific, nagging inconveniences that disrupt an otherwise productive day. They aren't about survival, but they are about sanity. They are the small hurdles that steal your most valuable asset: your time.

That night, our project changed. We saw a gap not for another delivery app, but for a solution to the niche, quality-of-life challenges of modern, ambitious people.

And so, our marketplace was born.
